endometriosis is a repeating problem. are u draining the cyst transvaginally or laparascopically or opening the abdomen? ivf increases the chance of pregnancy . as pregnancy stops menstruation for a long time ur suffering will be less. . expansion of many organs during pregnancy helps in decreasing the endometritic adhesions. sometimes the tubes are affected . ivf helps in that case also.
