can i start ivf when i had a vasectomy 9 years ago? because of my vascetomy do you take sperm from me with a needle procedure? what are the costs? thankyou.

Hello, I am 36 and my husband 42.He has azoospermia.We have done ivf in italy.the first time we didn’t have a positive result. The next time we had embrio transfer(we had congelated from the first time 3 of them)had a positive result wich last for 6 weeks, and then I had a miscarriage and the pregnacy was lost.
I am dissappointed from the ivf in Itali. It costed to us a lot.
I want to know what can I do now, because i read for you in internet and I am a little confused to decide.
Colud you tell me what is the price of the procedure there, and what is the best solution in my case.

Me and my husband want to do IVF with donor egg, I am black and my husband is mixed race, how much is the overall cost, including medicine, how long will it take us to be there for the entire treatment, what is the waiting list for black or mixed race egg donor.
